Boil the eggs for about 7 minutes.

Remove the edge of the sandwich bread and cut it in half to obtain small triangles.

Season the slices of bread with the spreads of dried tomatoes and asparagus.

After cooking, peel the eggs and cut them in half.

Set the yolk aside, fill the egg with the asparagus cream and place the yolk back on the egg.

Garnish the sandwiches with a few slices of cold cuts and cheese.

Serve with black olives.
