  • 320 g Calamarata durum wheat Saragolla
  • 80 g di dried tomato spread
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Salt
  • Basil

Calamarata with dried tomato spread and ricotta: directions

Cook the pasta in salted water.

Meanwhile, mix the ricotta with the dried tomato spread in a bowl  until it is creamy and homogeneous.

After 10 minutes drain the pasta and add it to the previously prepared condiment.

Garnish with a few basil leaves and serve.

We recommend using cow’s milk ricotta to enhance the taste of the dried tomato spread.
