Savoury mini croissants: ingredients
- 1 puff pastry roll (rectangle)
- Bruschetta pepper topping
- Artichokes alla Caterina in evo oil
- Bruschetta mushroom topping
- Grilled artichokes in sunflower oil
- Yolk
- Water
Savoury mini croissants: directions
Let us start by rolling the puff pastry out on the table. After that cut it in half and brush the two rectangles obtained with some water.
Cut five triangles from the each rectangle: now you should have 10 little triangles.
Now, we are going to fill the pastry triangles: put the various fillings at the base of the triangle, then continue to roll the pastry up to the other end, pulling at the same time with your hands to slightly stretch the tip of the triangle.
Do not overdo the quantities of the filling to avoid that it may come out during cooking.
As you finished filling all 10 croissants, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush them with the yolk.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 195°C for about 25 minutes, until they are golden brown.
